Getting Stronger

I'm feeling stronger now.
My heart is gaining health and my mind, power over my emotions.
My spirit is withstanding.
I'm not immune to hurting,
not invincible,
but I am strong enough.

I thank God for blessing me with the strength of heart that I have asked for.
I thank Him for the people through whom He's blessed me as well.
I thank Him for those people who are so kind as to be willing to pray for me.

One thing I have learned
is that
in any situation,
whether it be preferable or not,
I must praise Him.
And surely
in praising God
I am uplifted,
my soul is made glad,
my heart enlightened.
