Learn to take care of yourself.
You've often taken your personal health (and even, to my shame, hygiene) for granted. Don't consider it a waste of time to pamper yourself from time to time. Give attention to your physical well-being, inwardly and 'skin-wardly'. In time you'll see that the efforts and the time spent on them are all worth the diligence. After all, who will benefit from it most, and who will do it for you, but you.
Stay true.
Sometimes it's easy to get influenced. Sometimes it seems more preferable to be who you're not. Sometimes it's comfortable to deny what you really feel or think for something you think others are more likely to accept. But it's those chances when you should all the more stay true to who you are, to what you think, what you believe in, and what you feel. Enough of being conscious about what others might think. It's true that somehow their view of you matters, but is that what really matters? It can get damaging. After all, you're not perfect. Well, and so are they. Above all else, staying true to your God is what matters most.
Love the people around you.
Don't neglect and regret. Don't disrespect and regret again. And don't take anyone for granted. Live and love for the moment. Sure enough, all the lovin' will bounce back to you - but that's not the point. The point is, what is life without love? Senseless, isn't it?
Study more earnestly.
Procrastination is like termites that eat you up slowly. Soon it'll cause mediocrity, and complacency in that. True, you need some rest and "zero" times every now and then, but to the expense of using time wisely? Not so good. Time must be managed and managed well. It is the only resource that runs out in itself and which you can't help but spend. Just do it and love it. Enjoy it. As a quote has it, After good efforts come good results.
Do better to grow more in spirit.
And don't do it alone. Hand-in-hand with God, take time to read the Bible more often than you used to do, and love praying. A prayerful life is a powerful life. Take matters of the spirit a real serious matter.
Don't stop exploring.
Don't stop dreaming.
Don't stop believing.
And do all this.
