Yes, it's Thursday

It seems just a while ago that I enthused about how I like Mondays.
What I did not mention was that in just the same way, I also do like Thursdays. And yes, it's for the same reason - no classes!
The words of the lazy.

Well aside from it's Thursday and I like that it is, I have been on a diet, though not a strict one . . . or maybe not yet. I aim to lose not just some belly fats, but a lot of 'em to earn the sweet reward of having a flat tummy. Of course the abs is included in the goal.
So I started on a diet.
I don't eat dinner anymore. And, after ages, I got myself moving again. I try my best to allot enough time to exercise regularly.

It's tough not to eat dinner. Really, it's an effort. You should have a whole lot of self-control and discipline. And look forward to the consequences if you cheat, as well as the benefits if you don't. That helps.
What I also discovered is that it doesn't help to imagine yourself eating that yummy cuisine served on the table when you're not supposed to. It makes you feel weak and you tend to pity yourself. Don't even dare to watch them eat it.

The results of my efforts aren't that evident yet, but I know in time I'll see the changes.
Then I'll gain my confidence. Not that I don't have any, I just need a better foundation for it.
