drawings and a picture

these are some of the drawings i've made, though not recently. as always, i feel emotionally attached to my pencil artworks like these.

the "John 4:23" drawing in two shots, reminiscent of solemn worship settings. pictured is a man lifting his hands wide open in surrender, with the left arm in feature, in a way responding to the message of the verse within the drawing.

this could be just one of your ordinary pretty-cute sketches, but to me, the girl's face here suggests serenity, deep-thinking and optimism. and her smile looks great...

this was taken during one of our lengthy vacant times in school. i just felt kind of boring when i noticed the ray of the sun peeking through the tree's trunk. it was a little bit of a challenge finding the right angle where the vertex of the sunlight would be in the right place (as pictured) and allowing just the right amount of the light to get through - not so much as to make a glare, yet not too less as to make it boring.
pictured: awesome 3 0'clock sunlight peeking through the branch of a tree, and our school's pairs of pillars by the gate, from the "study tree" inside our school campus. again, this angle was hard to find... ;)
