what time is it?

hey...............the time setting is incorrect! at the bottom of this post, it seems too early but in reality, it's already 10 minutes to eight in the evening! the good part here is, i don't know if it could be reset or not, or what causes it. is it just the time setting in this computer i use? clueless. all i know is i want to change the time setting on my blog.
