this evening, i enjoyed watching that singing contest. i like hearing the contestants show their singing prowess. some displayed remarkable performances while others seem to be under the fair category. and what's funny about that show is the way simon cowell, one of the judges, speaks up his criticisms which he says are supposed to be constructive, but oftentimes are destructive on the side of the aspirants. actually, he makes me laugh every time he fearlessly talks about his opinions that seem to be obnoxious, but then for him, it's just an opinion (hehe..). sometimes i'm not on the side of that bold guy, sometimes i don't like the way contestants respond.
well this is boys' night, 10 left out of the top 12 guys. i think i liked an average of five out of ten performances this night. tomorrow night will be the girls' turn, which is for me, more exciting. 10 ladies out of the original 12 will be singing. all in all, there are 20 left out of the first 24. last week was a tearful elimination.
aside from watching that singing contest, i also made a little preparation for myself on my physics exams. i collected every mind-bugling formula i find essential and kept them in my cute notebook (excuse me for using the term cute). physics is a headache but at the same time, a great mental exercise which will always be for the benefit of the studier. what's unfair about it is that not everyone has the mind to appreciate that subject. i don't know if i would say that i enjoy physics or not. let me assume i'm in between. i'm skeptical about this.
good day
