I know this is late by a day, but, better late than never, Happy Mother's Day! To all of the moms out there, listen out, I send my love too all of you! I salute you, as I have said before. You are wonderful people, inspiration to your children, lighting up their lives and future. Thanks for building us up and always being on our side, although not always physically. But your love is never absent.
To my mom, you don't know how much you are so precious to me. You have no idea how much dearly I hold you in my heart. I can't say enough how much you mean to me. You are an extraordinary woman, and noone compares to your bravery and courage. You'd face anything and conquer it with your feet moving forward just to give me a better life. You never give up, you never back down. It's all for me. It's all for your love for me. I admire you. I'm still your young child, and I always will. I admit it's too awkward now whenever you call me baby even just through video chat, but in the deeper side of my heart, there's a smile sprouting forth. I thank you for every single sacrifice you did, every effort of support and pride about me. I thank God that you are my mom. My mother can only be you. Noone else. Oh, how glad am I. May God bless you ever so richly with overflowing strength and a continuously joyful life every day, no matter what the situation, no matter what the circumstance. May you stand in Christ's unshakable foundation forevermore!
To my aunt, you are a universal mother. I'm proud to say that you freely share your motherhood to almost any of us your nephews and nieces. But what I'm most proud of all is that I'm special in your sight and in your heart, just as your two children are special to you. I'm happy for having grown up under your care and discipline. You trained us up, and now, we're reaping the great benefits of it! I thank you for every single day you devoted your time for building us up as people. And not just people, but responsible, respectful, humble, industrious, and most of all, Christian people. I'm so glad that you are as a mom to me too, that your two kids are like my sister and brother. Well, they are so much like that to me. I love them very dearly. Do you know that if only there was a yearly awarding of the most awesome moms, you could've won an award yearly? Yes you would! May God so abundantly bless you unceasingly with utmost joy and peace each and every single moment of your life. Our great God knows you deserve it.
And to my beloved grandmother, I love you. You are an outstanding model of strength, vigor, life, beauty, joy, warmth, caring, compassion, faith, and most of all, sacrifice. You never fail to show us how wonderful a blooming flower you are. I'm proud to say that even at your age of almost 83, you never waver in offering your children, down to your grand-grandchildren, your sacrificial efforts just to show us how much your concern for us is. How much you want us to know that your interest is for the improvement of our lives. You help your children in their darkest hours. You're always with me to support me no matter what my endeavor may be. You're always by my side in every triumph, congratulating me and letting me know how proud you are of me. And you must know that you are one of the reasons I pursue what I pursue. You're one of the reasons that I try to aim high. Your smiles of pride and joy are so much more than gold to me. You are my Mama, and I thank you for being with us all the way since the beginning. May our ever so generous God bless you even more with strength and health that defies time and age.
You are my treasures. Happy mother's day, my moms.
