Rain

It's raining. And it's summer. How ironic and out of place.

But sometimes I appreciate the rain coming at times like this since the weather is usually excruciatingly hot. Yesterday, it was. It hurt my skin and my head walking from church back home under such a very high, hot sun.

But now it's raining.

It has rained earlier in the day. Now it's afternoon, and it has come back for more downpour. It feels so still and calm here.
