we really had such a very fun time celebrating and welcoming the new year at my aunt's house. lots of laughter, lots of shouting, lots of prancing around, lots of food, and lots of fireworks, it was like there's an ongoing war just outside the doorway! and it was exciting though, welcoming 2009 with such a blast, literally. but on one thing, i think me and my cousin did flop: we prepared a choco-cherry graham cake there that just seemed to be so sweet. anyway, it's yummy, one wide pan's full was all eaten up in less than 24 hours. by the way, i'm writing this at home now.
what i do hopefully hope is that this new year will be so much better, the way that has never been in the years before. i pray this year will be great, fruitful and purposeful in all the days it contains. well only God can grant me that, and so to Him that plea i give.
so i guess, this will be a great time for a new beginning.
and oh, this is my very first new year with this blog, and as a blogger myself.
